Gino – the brave pirate
Gino is always there for Feodora. With his unwavering gut instinct, he immediately senses danger. He dreams of being as brave as a real pirate—ready to face any adventure. Perhaps one day his big dream will come true!

Feodora – the little creepy crawly expert
Everyone who loves her simply calls her Fee. She lives with her family in the idyllic town of Echsheim and has a very special passion: insects and small crawling creatures. No beetle, no caterpillar escapes her attentive gaze, because Fee knows them all inside and out.
Her biggest dream? To one day be as small as a beetle, so she can better understand and help her little darlings. Small animals are especially dear to her heart – and of course, Gino, her best friend and loyal companion on every adventure.

Gino – The little dinosaur with the special feeling
Gino loves pirates and their exciting stories more than anything. His greatest role model? Giacomo Goldhorn, the strongest and bravest of all pirates. Gino wishes for nothing more than to be just as brave – but he can be a bit of a scaredy-cat at times.
But Gino has a special strength: his incredible gut feeling, which the children can always rely on. His family affectionately calls this ability "the gift," which he seems to have inherited from his grandmother. Gino immediately senses when danger is imminent – a true dinosaur hero! And for Fee, he's long been the greatest hero of all.
Big and small challenges in the SchuffZ
Patrick Plumpudding and his family
Patrick is a sweet boy and goes to the same class as Feodora and Gino. He has a big heart, but is sometimes a bit clumsy and awkward. His greatest wish? To become really good friends with Gino!
Whenever Patrick sees Gino, he runs towards him, happy and full of energy. But Gino often feels overwhelmed by this, as he hasn't yet completely overcome his innate fear of carnivores. But that's why he goes to SchuffZ—the school for peaceful coexistence.
Will Patrick and Gino manage to become a true dream team? With patience, understanding, and a good dose of courage, anything is possible!
The Ixys
Three rather cheeky dinosaur sisters go to the same school as Feodora and Gino: Ixy, Trixy, and Hexy. Because they're so aggressive and mean, our dinosaur children call them "the Snappers."
The three love to tease others and have a particular thing for Feodora. They mockingly call her "the crazy one" because Feodora is so caring and takes care of little creepy crawlies with heart and dedication.
But Feodora and Gino are not discouraged – Team Giodora sticks together, no matter what!

In addition to plenty of cute and sometimes exciting entertainment, all the stories also offer an educational approach. They focus on understanding complex social relationships.
The dinosaur children in our books draw conclusions from the story they've experienced. They learn, for example, to recognize subtle differences, not to jump to conclusions, and to exercise caution. Understanding that every living being is different and that there isn't just one way is also a theme.
However, it is often equally important not to give up straight away – even if the situation seems hopeless at first glance.
Our books give you courage! And of course, everything will be alright in the end!
They are written for children aged approximately 2 to 5 years, are illustrated in A4 size, and are suitable both as a read-aloud book and as a first reader!

In our children's book series, our two adorable main characters, Feodora and Gino, experience some exciting adventures. The close friendship between the two dinosaur children takes center stage.
Clearly, without each other, they'd be worth only half as much! And of course, they wouldn't be "Team Giodora" either! That's what Feodora and Gino always call themselves when they've successfully completed a job.
Each story describes a full day in the lives of our two friends. We wake up with them in the morning, experience countless adventures, and go to bed with them at night.
Of course, all of the books deal with complex topics. Fears are discussed openly, and, of course, ways to combat them are also explored.
Feodora + Gino is an ongoing children's book series, so it's best to start with Book 1: "Friends Forever"!
The books are written for children ages 4 to 7. Each page is lovingly illustrated and is suitable for both reading aloud and as a first reader!
